Here's my one minute Tutorial on the forward duck in, a move I first saw from @blatalie_ forever ago and ihad to learn it, and now I'm sharing it with yall 💫💕

I've had this in my drafts for a while cause this is my first voice over😅 let me know if yall prefer this or just text explanations for future tuts 🙏🖤

Prerequisite are:
Elbow hooping 
Understanding timing 

I recommend starting with a larger hoop at first, itried to get this move on my 25" for MONTHS and it was a struggle, once I got this 28" 11/16th polypro it was much easier to understand the mechanics of this move and then translate it to smaller faster hoops 😀
