Meet Emily Lesinski, Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-lead teacher/trainer at Warrior Bridge in downtown Manhattan. We created this series to give movement teachers and practitioners the basic terminology and roadmap of human anatomy. In this series we review the main joints of the body including relevant musculature, connective tissue, bones and few considerations for how those joints play into movement practice.
