I hope you enjoy this poi spinning tutorial on a snake CAP variation. I would call this move intermediate level. It helps if you are already familiar with doing CAPs and some amount of body tracing. DrexFactor has great tutorials on both of those things.
Horizontal Spiral Wraps
Beginner Move Challenge #15 | @feeleveryflow 🇨🇦 Canada 🇨🇦 Description: Horizontal Spiral Wraps! This move is one of my favourites! I think it's actually a bit easier than a regular spiral wrap, because the momentum comes from your body instead of wrist-twisting. Tips: Make sure both palms are facing forward during the wrap. If your poi are spinning to the left, your left hand should be behind during the wrap. If your poi are spinning to the right, your right hand should be behind during the wrap. Experiment with pivoting, turning, & walking. A lot of mobility is possible with this move! Feel free to comment below if you have questions/want some clarification!
