Hello I am John Boyd. My movement history started in Martial arts from a young age and shortly after I got into professional dance. From there I started to contemplate a hybrid of the two and I was drawn to Capoeira. As the years went by I discovered my passion for teaching and movement. Now I have been personal training for 5 years and practicing/teaching acro 6. It has been a grand ride and I cannot wait to share how to get the most out of movement with you.
