Hello I am John Boyd. My movement history started in Martial arts from a young age and shortly after I got into professional dance. From there I started to contemplate a hybrid of the two and I was drawn to Capoeira. As the years went by I discovered my passion for teaching and movement. Now I have been personal training for 5 years and practicing/teaching acro 6. It has been a grand ride and I cannot wait to share how to get the most out of movement with you.

How to get the most out of crawl position
The crawl position is an excellent movement that trains your body to work synergistically. It involves the entire body: developing scapular stability along with core and leg strength.
