Adriana Bateh began her career in movement by becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2015. After teaching yoga for a few years, she began taking active flexibility classes and loved the new challenge of using her body’s strength to create new shapes. She now teaches yoga, flexibility, & bodyweight fitness classes in Brooklyn & online. Her goal is to help her students harness their own strength and live limitless lives.

Hip Opening Sequence for Backbend Practice
This video contains an active flexibility sequence for opening the hips in preparation for a backbend practice. You’ll learn some of my favorite stretches and techniques for improving your backbends through the hips. Please have two yoga blocks, a strap, a cushion, and some wall space.
