Adriana Bateh began her career in movement by becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2015. After teaching yoga for a few years, she began taking active flexibility classes and loved the new challenge of using her body’s strength to create new shapes. She now teaches yoga, flexibility, & bodyweight fitness classes in Brooklyn & online. Her goal is to help her students harness their own strength and live limitless lives.
